¿Por qué nuestra religión llama "el Islam"?

Respuesta:

Porque uno que entra en él se somete (Aslama) a sí mismo ante Dios, y él se entrega a (Islam), y permanece en él , todos los juicios que provienen de Allah y de Su Mensajero sallallahu alayhi wasallam. Allah Todopoderoso dijo:

¿Y quién se aleja de la religión de Ibrahim, sino aquel que engaña a sí mismo? [Baqarah 2: 130]

También dijo: Cuando su Señor le dijo: "sométete (es decir, se musulmán)!" Él dijo: "Yo he presentado yo mismo (como musulmán) al Señor de todo lo que existe." [Baqarah 2: 131]

Pero el que somete su cara ante Allah, que es un buen hacedor entonces su recompensa está con su Señor [Baqarah 2: 112]

Why is our religion called 'Islaam'?

Question: Why is our religion called "Islaam"

Answer: Because one who enters it submits (Aslama) himself to Allaah, and he surrenders to(Istislam), and abides by, all of the judgements that come from Allaah and from His Messenger Salallaahu alayhi wasallam. Allaah Almighty said: And who turns away from the religion of Ibraheem except him who fools himself?[Baqarah 2:130] He also said: When His Lord said to him, "Submit (i.e. be a Muslim)!" He said, "I have submitted myself (as a Muslim) to the Lord of all that exists." [Baqarah 2:131] And But whoever submits his face (himself) to Allaah and he is a good-doer then his reward is with his Lord [Baqarah 2:112]
