¿Hay alguna prueba de la Sunnah sobre pasar las manos por la cara después de hacer la súplica?

Respuesta:

En cuanto a elevar las manos durante la súplica, hay muchos hadices auténticos que han llegado en relación a eso, y en cuanto a pasar las manos por la cara; hay dos hadiz relacionados con ello, pero ninguno de ellos establece una clara prueba de ello.

Concerning wiping the face after supplication
Question:

Is there any proof from the Sunnah about wiping the face after making supplication?
Answer:

As for the raising of the hands during the supplication, then there are many authentic ahaadeeth which have come relating to that, and as for the wiping of the face; then there are two hadeeth pertaining to it, but neither of them establishes clear proof for it.
